These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Straight Know Chaser’s services, website, programs, and coaching sessions. By booking a session, purchasing a program, or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

Straight Know Chaser provides personal coaching services designed to support clarity, direction, ownership, and action. Coaching is a collaborative process focused on personal growth, reflection, and forward movement.

Coaching is not therapy, counseling, mental health treatment, legal advice, or medical advice. You understand that coaching does not diagnose, treat, or cure any mental or physical health conditions.

You agree to:

• Show up on time and prepared for each session
• Participate honestly and openly
• Take responsibility for your decisions, actions, and outcomes
• Communicate respectfully and professionally
• Complete any agreed‑upon actions between sessions

You understand that your progress depends on your commitment, consistency, and willingness to engage in the coaching process.

Sessions must be scheduled in advance. You may reschedule or cancel a session with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.
• Missed sessions (“no‑shows”) are non‑refundable.
• If Straight Know Chaser needs to reschedule, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered a new session time.

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

• All sales are final.
• Coaching programs (4‑session or 8‑session) are non‑refundable once the first session has taken place.
• Unused sessions expire 90 days after purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If payment fails or is reversed, services may be paused until the issue is resolved.

Everything shared in coaching sessions is treated as confidential. Straight Know Chaser will not disclose session content unless:

• You provide written permission
• Disclosure is required by law
• There is a risk of harm to yourself or others

You understand that electronic communication (email, video calls, online forms) may carry inherent security risks.

By using this website, you agree not to:

• Copy, distribute, or misuse any content
• Attempt to access restricted areas or systems
• Use the site for unlawful or harmful purposes

All content—including text, graphics, logos, and materials—is the property of Straight Know Chaser and may not be reproduced without permission.

Coaching supports clarity, growth, and action, but results vary by individual. Straight Know Chaser does not guarantee specific outcomes, achievements, or results. You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and progress.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Straight Know Chaser is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Decisions you make based on coaching conversations
• Actions you take or do not take
• Losses related to business, finances, or personal matters

Your participation in coaching is voluntary, and you assume full responsibility for your choices.

Straight Know Chaser may use third‑party tools for scheduling, payments, communication, or hosting. These services have their own terms and privacy policies. Straight Know Chaser is not responsible for third‑party errors, outages, or data handling.

Any worksheets, guides, frameworks, or resources provided are for personal use only. You may not copy, share, sell, or distribute these materials without written permission.

Straight Know Chaser reserves the right to end the coaching relationship at any time if:

• Boundaries are violated
• Communication becomes disrespectful
• Coaching is no longer appropriate or aligned

Unused sessions will be refunded at the discretion of Straight Know Chaser.

These Terms may be updated periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
